About Me
I have been passionate about supporting others in healing for more than 15 years with roots beginning in my own self-exploration and supporting others with reiki, shamanism, and cranial sacral therapy. I moved towards mental health counseling after I fell in love with patients, while volunteering for Hospice and local hospitals in the region. In addition to traditional training in psychotherapy, I value indigenous traditions and honor your family and cultural rituals in your personal healing journey and our work together. If you are struggling, my goal is to help you align with your strengths, confront old patterns that impede your progress, and learn new ways to interact in personal relationships, and deepen your self-understanding, leading to personal transformation and success. I look forward to supporting you in your journey to wholeness.
My practice includes work with couples, families and individuals 13 years and older.
In addition to my work with individuals and families, I have completed additional training in the Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship and The Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1, Suicide Assessment/Prevention, TF-CBT, Collaborative Problem Solving, and EMDR Level 1 and 2 and advanced.
